In order to reduce the temperature inside the chick pens, and keeping the floor surface dry,  you should use the fogger system in addition to the sprinklers. During the hot hours this automatic computerized control system provides short pull of fogginess (tiny drops of water) for few seconds, every few minutes, according to your programming. With this system you get the advantage of cooling the air using very small quantity of water.
