Marek Disease (MD), cell-free freeze dried live vaccine – HVT FC-126 strain
Composition: Each dose contains: HVT FC-126, at least 103.0 PFU.
Indications: Immunization of chicks against Marek`s Disease.
Administration and dosage: Use by instructions of a veterinarian.
Reconstitution: Reconstitute immediately prior to use:
Aseptically transfer 5 ml of vaccine diluent into the vaccine vial. Shake well for complete reconstitution. Aseptically transfer the diluted vaccine back into the vial containing the remaining diluent.
Dosage: 0.2 ml pr chick by intramuscular or subcutaneous route.
Precautions
– Vaccinate healthy flock only.
– Ensure vaccination equipment is clean. free of disinfectants and sterilized (by boiling) before use.
– Once diluted, vaccine should be used within 2 hours.
– Shake the bottle containing the vaccine suspension before and during use.
– Discard unused remained vaccine.
– The vaccinated chicks must be placed in clean and disinfected houses in order to avoid early exposure to Marek`s Diseases field virus.
– Use only clear diluent with no color changes.

Storage:
Vaccine:Store at 2°- 8°C, protected from direct sun light.
Diluent: Store in a cool and dark place.

Presentation:
Vaccine: each box contains 10 vials of 1000 or 2000 doses.
Diluent: each box contains 10 bottles of 200 ml for 1000 doses or 400 ml for 2000 doses.
